More than 40 years building life standards on the Costa del Sol
Our Group of real estate development companies, Pyomar-Guadaiza, began its career in the real estate development sector in Madrid and Seville. It was José Banús’ dream that made us see the paradise in our city, Marbella, where we are currently building the residential developments Playas del Duque, Las Gaviotas III – IV and Residencial Albatros.
More than 40 years ago we began developing the first part of the Playas del Duque complex on our own land. Playas del Duque is the outcome of thorough teamwork between our architect, Mr. Ángel Asenjo and our group of companies.
A project carried out over more than 20 years in different phases.
Projects with history
The main asset of Playas del Duque, apart from its prime location, is the marvellous garden inside.
This green space, which has become the true heart of Puerto Banús, has won first prize in Gardening on the Costa del Sol and first prize for garden maintenance awarded by the Delegation Office for the Environment of the Regional Government of Andalusia.

Ángel Asenjo, architect of Playas del Duque, undertook the project whilst respecting the environment surrounding the complex, so that both the design and the materials are suitable, opting for a Mediterranean style of architecturewithout compromising its somewhat modern character.
In addition, an environmental analysis has been carried out in order to ensure the utmost care for the environment and respect for the surroundings.
